Municipal Engineering is work typically ordered by local government or municipal council that is for the use and/or safety of the general public. We have worked with many municipalities in Florida on various projects and assisted with grant funding.  Examples of recent projects include:

Layout and Design

We our experienced in subdivision layout and design in Florida, taking into account the many unique requirements in this region.  Our goal with this type of work is to create a design that optimizs the subdivision layout while meeting all code requirements.

Stormwater Design for Single Family Lots in
Walton County, Florida

We provide site plans and drainage design for single family lots in South Walton that are not part of a master stormwater plan.  Lots are designed to comply with the stormwater quality and quantity requirements outline in the Walton County Land Development Code.
